%fat and weightloss
If you are losing or have reached your goal, would you mind sharing what percentage of your daily intake is fat?

I don't really watch my carbs or cals either....I just eat the healthy foods that I know I am allowed to, and indulge in some LC treats (Atkins LC pizza, Quizno's sub, Subway wrap, etc.) a couple times a week. |
Its varies from 20-40% now, depending on how hard I'm trying to keep the calories down.

I run around 60 to 70% fat in my diet. Down from about 80% when I was early in Atkins.

I eat ~65% fat & I have never felt better or eaten this many calories on a diet. I spent several years eating only 10-15% fat while starving on 1100 calories per day and exercising 10 hrs/wk to lose 1 lb/wk. Now I lose at the same rate eating 1500-1600 cals/day and exercising only 1-2 hrs/wk.
