Raspberry Ketone has anyone tried it?
 

I had a PE last year and in fright came off my LC diet. Of course I have put on loads of weight because I am a carb adict so I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience of raspberry ketone.

The claims on the internet are amazing bt I'm skeptical I need first hand experience. If you have tried it then please post and let me know how you got on.

I've heard that its amazing??? But is that their own PR??? Personally, I dont believe in silly pills and potions. I can see how rasberry ketones can work. They're kind of jumping on the ketone theory, but without the ketosis - which to me doesnt make any sense at all

As for having a PE, thats horrible and frightening, but it has absolutely nothing to do with a low carb diet. So maybe think about trying that again?????

What I want is someone who has tried it. My inclination is that it's a con. I'm just curious.

I tried it and lost nothing, went on LC (again) and lost the weight. I did feel when I was taking the rasberry ketones that I had a bit more energy but not enough to wow me.

I have tried it.
