It was time to do this.

Left - me at my heaviest - LC start weight of 190.
Middle - after 2 months LCing at 170
Right - Where I want to be? To fit back into the suit I got married in. That was at 140 lbs. Before LCing the skirt wouldn'd go up past mid thigh. Now it goes all the way up, but doesn't zip up yet.



I've lost 29 pounds and gone from a size 18 to a 12. A new size 12 pic is in the works, but without a digital camera, photos take time.

Way to go, Angela!!! 4 dress sizes is wonderful. (I've lost 19 pounds and barely lost 1 dress size :) ) More walking....more walking...more walking....

WOW thats a really huge difference looks like even more than 29pond worth.
I wouldnt think it was the same person.
You already look like the you in the wedding not the one trout fishing? is that what you are doing?

Alto, 19 pounds is terrific. Everyone's body is different. And dress sizes have gotten down right unpredictable.

Bloom, yup, that's me trout fishing. I spent so many years being my husband's fishing buddy that I forget to try to look like a lady first. I think I prefer pantyhose to hip waders. :D

You look absolutely wonderful. You don't even look like the same person. I almost give up when night falls, and then I remember that I don't have it so bad. So I hang in there one more day. I really have to take this LCing thing just one day at a time.
