jello cheesecake

Someone posted a really simple recipe that involved mixing jello with cream cheese and putting it in the fridge. Now I can't find it. Can someone help me out?

I made this on Wednesday. Used a packet of knox gelatin, unsweetened kool aid and 1/2 cup of splenda. Boil a cup of water and add it to the knox/kool aid/splenda mixture. Stir until completely dissolved. Add in 8 ounces of cream cheese - use a mixer and beware spills. My kitchen was dotted with cherry and small blobs of cream cheese during my first attempt. Mix well.

I placed some in small mugs and it yielded four servings. Place in fridge and keep there for about 5-6 hours and voila! Veddy veddy good.

jello cheesecake recipe

here's a recipe i copied from a post...i haven't made it yet myself, but the author said it makes a sort of soft dessert that tastes like cheesecake!

I cup hot water
1 packet diet jello
1 8 oz package cream cheese

Combine the hot water and jello until dissolved.
Mix in the cream cheese.

(I'd do it in the blender).

Refrigerate for three hours. Makes 8 servings.

I tried the No-Bake Valentine Cherry Cheesecake for valentine day. I thought it was very good.

I use the same recipe as hiding fox but I add 1 C. sour cream to it. Makes a few more servings that way too.

This is my version. I ALWAYS have some in my fridge. Helps me in the afternoon, when I need something.

JELLO CHEESECAKE

2 SF jello packages.
disolve in 2/3 cup of boiled water.

I don't fuss.
I put 1 cup of whipped cream. 1 cup of creamed cottage cheese, + 8 oz package of cream cheese all in the cuisinart at once. Whip it up til smooth + thick, then pour the jello in and whip again til blended. Put in fridge.
EASY - It does the trick for me.

If we are not careful this will magically get moved to the recipe forum, and they already have a jello cheesecake thread over there.
