Is anyone on the Dr. Johnson Up Day Down Day Diet?

If so, how has it worked for you? Is there another thread here that has some input on JUDD?

Hi Geraldine, as far as I know, Dr Johnson's plan is not low carb, so you are very unlikely to find anyone here following it. ;)
