Supplement review websites
I've been relying on customer reviews on iherb.com to decide which are the best brands of vitamins and minerals. However, the reviews are only anecdotal.
I stumbled across a website called ConsumerLab.com. They review supplements but they charge a fee for a year's subscription. I can't find any other website that reviews supplements to the extent that this site does. (examine.com is a new one. But it's just getting started.) Has anyone ever subscribed to ConsumerLab.com. Is it worth the price for a year's subscription - about $33. |
Supplements review
I realize this is an old thread, but I need some recommendations for a low-carb-diet-friendly multivitamin.
Are there multivitamins which are made exclusively for low carbers? I can find virtually no info on this subject. |
I just found one at vitacost!
