Suitable Salad ingrediets???

Hi,,,i just wondered if anyone had advice on making up a nice salad..
my understanding is to limit tomatoe to just half of one,,,but im unsure whether or not if can include raw carrots... :yum:

If you have the books the Hellers wrote there are lists of CM veggies and RM veggies-
for your CMs you can have any veggies in your salad from the CM list. I avoid tomatoes, carrots, onions,and such. But for my RM or in my case, dinner meal, I put everything in the salad!
So have fun!
