Chain Reaction
Let's see if this takes off. This is a fun way to get in some kind of exercise if you're having a hard time getting motivated like myself. lol
Chain challenge. I start, with "do 10 crunches." The next person to read the forum has to do 10 crunches, and then she or he adds a new challenge. The only rule is that you have to do the challenge right then. You can come up with all sorts of funny things. Have fun! :) P.S you only have to do the last exercise posted and then you add a new one. And keep it short and sweet. Here we go: Do 10 crunches! |
