Hi there

Hello! :wave: I am new to this forum. A year and a half ago I went on atkins and ended up pregnant so I went back off. In January I decided to go back on but my milk supply really dropped pretty bad. My baby is mostly breastfed except a half a jar of food a few times a day. So I am going to try hanging with you fine people hoping I can still get the success from low carb eating while maintaining my milk supply. :)
