"Egg Roll" lettuce wraps
 
I was craving egg rolls, so I threw some shredded cabbage and finely diced celery in a stir fry with sesame oil, fresh ginger, a little fresh garlic, and some thinly sliced pork. I ate it in lettuce wraps instead of the egg roll wraps.

Not quite the same, but it was pretty tasty overall, and the celery gave it a nice crunch! I might add a dash of soy sauce for more flavor next time.
