37-48Ford Cruisin' Into Fitness
Even though I purchased a treadmill 01/01/03 and have been doing two 30 min workouts a day since. I joined the local civic center today and met with a trainer who showed me the ropes. I plan to go back tomorrow to help keep me in schedule with
(M-W-F) workouts. I will give more detail hopefully tomorrow when I go back. My Plan is still to continue the two 30 min workouts on the treadmill (M-F) once a day on weekends, and do the resistant weight training (M-W-F). Hopefully I will keep posting! |
I did it again!
This morning another 30 mins on treadmill then went to the gym and worked out for an hour and then this evening another 30 treadmill! I felt great...tons of energy!
Even though I did really well on the resistant machines..my main goals will be the mountain climbing and (I am not sure what you call it but) Hand-Feet Bicycle! I did 4.5 minutes on mountain climbing and about 5 on the HFB! Would like to increase these times! |
WOW!
I only schedule myself one 30 min treadmill workout on weekends. But yesterday (Saturday) I did an hour!
I went and bought a new scale last night...so my weight will be a little different now. I figure with the resistant traning and treadmill I will gain (Muscle) anyway. |
Great Workout Today!
Did A 40 min workout sunday!
Did my morning 30 min workout. Went to the civic center today did real well and Wed I will up the weight on the machine that I can and increased reps on others! Will do another 30 min workout tonight |

Yesterday went to the Gym 40 min workout. I did increase weight and reps...and It really seemed to make a difference! Also also completed my 1 30 min and 1 40 treadmill workouts! Today 1/16/03 Two 30 min treadmill workouts! |
