Its a bit high in carbs. 15 net grams for 1/4 cup and I assume the 9 grams sugar is natural. I cant find an ingredients list so I assume its pure cauliflower.
This product came up when I tried an Amazon search for this powder. It's a dry riced cauliflower. At 6 grams net carbs per serving it could make a great rice substitute.
