Hey everyone

Is pepperoni alright on induction, maybe done in the microwave with a bit of green peppers and cheese over it...

I been craving that lmao

It's a processed meat. If I remember my Atkins book correctly (did you look in yours?) and the Induction Foods list, it should be fine as long as you stay inside your carb count for the day and you don't eat ONLY pepperoni all day.
