How about green tea?
 

Not sure if this is the right forum, but does anyone have an opinion on green tea? Everything that I've read on the internet says that green tea does pretty much everything except mow your lawn, but I have no idea how many of these web examples are actual research versus paid stuff. Hasn't stopped me from drinking it and the Matcha isn't bad, but I'm curious as to whether anyone here can weigh in, no pun intended.
