Some menus from me for the past few days, this is just for the newbies to FF to give them some inspiration.
PB: Lemon water & long life cocktail B: Strawberry Smoothy S: None L: Tuna Nicoise Salad (had tomatoes, egg, lettuce, red pepper, 3 olives and a couple of anchovies) S: Peppers D: Beef cooked in the slow cooker with onions, carrots and tomato puree, with spices - turmeric, coriander, cayene, mustard powder and cumin |
PB: LL cocktail + Lemon Water
B: Half a pommegranite. A berry smoothy. S: none L: Tuna Nicoise salad S: red peppers and cucumbers D: Leftover Slow cooked beef Cran Water: 75 floz |
PB: Long life cocktail, forgot my lemon water this morning
B: Blueberry smoothy S: (had my lemon water here) L: Chicken salad with home made flax oil dressing S: 4 green grapes D: Stuffed peppers (yumm yumm!) Cran Water 100 floz |
PB: Lemon Water + Long Life Cocktail
B: Strawberry Smoothy with flax oil S: none L: Beef salad with flax oil dressing S: pepper D: Lamb curry (home made in the slow cooker) Cran Water 75 floz |
PB: lemon water (didn't do long life cocktail as have slight upset tummy)
B: Salmon with salad and flax oil dressing S: apple L: Strawberry Smoothie with flax oil S: 6 cherry tomatoes and 3 olives D: Steak with mashed cauliflower and onions and peppers Cran Water 75 floz |

PB: Lime water (no long life cocktail because slightly upset tummy again)
B: Prawn salad with FF flax oil dressing S: handful of grapes L: 100% Beef burgers with a huge salad and flax dressing S: strawberry smoothy D: scalops pan cooked in garlic, turmeric, ginger, cayene. 'Pickled' green beans with rocket, spinach and watercress salad Cran Water 75floz/25 floz Normal Water |

B: Strawberry smoothy with 1 tablespon flax oil S: FF Artichoke dip with cellery L: Salad consisting home cooked beef with lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and rocket S: A few pickled green beans D: Salmon steak with tender stem broccoli, roasted peppers and onions Cran water 75floz so far; normal water 50 floz |

B: Frozen berry smoothie with 1 talbespoon flax oil S: tangerine L: Beef salad with flax oil dressing S: 2 HB eggs + Half an orange D: Lamb curry with cauliflower 'rice' Water 75 floz 25 floz normal water |

I’m not currently doing FF but have in the past and will again. Here’s a typical day for me when I do it. Alright I’m not as imaginative foodwise as Foxie is but I liked it.
First thing in the morning LLC(cranwater and physillium or unsweetened metamucil) Lemon water one organic coffee at least one hour after this Brkfst 2 oz salmon mixed with celery, green onion and apple cider vinegar Tomato slices 1 tbsp flax oil cranwater Lunch 2 oz salmon mixed with celery, green onion and apple cider vinegar Tomato slices Snack Brussel sprouts cranwater Dinner Turkey chilli (lots of vegetables in that) 1 tbsb flax oil cranwater Snack Granny Smith Apple Snack Grapefruit ½ cranwater Before bed LLC |
