**Crunchy Fish Taco's**

Hey everyone!!! I got it down perfect this time!! And I'd like to share it with all of you that miss good food. (it's in the crunch)

For 2 Taco's

1 cooked filet from a Gorton's Frozen filet in Herb & Butter/or/ crunchy filet of fish/or/whatever frozen fish filet is in your frozen freezer at the market.

1 leaf ea from a bibb lettuce head, washed, free of sand, dried and crisp.

1/2 oz sliced jack cheese/manchego cheese/chedder.. whatever you have in your fridge.

1 tsp hot sauce

1 tsp tzaki or some bottled cream dressing from fridge. (tzaki: yogurt and dill greek gyro sauce)

***** Handful of broken pork rinds.
Take the filet of fish and slice it in two. should be 1 inch wide each. put on a plate, top with sliced cheese and micro wave until cheese is ready to melt, and filet is warm. take out of micro wave.

Take your clean lettuce leaf and lay on plate. add broken up pork rinds. lay 1/2 of filet on top of pork rinds. add hot sauce, and tzaki sauce and roll up in lettuce leaf and eat.

No clue how many carbs, if any. only place i would see carbs is if you used bottled dressing.

*** this can be done with any leftovers, by the way. bon apetit!!!
