Does anyone know if there are any good forums strictly for fasting and if?

I really wish there was a fasting forum as good as this is for LC. If you plan to do 5:2 style fasting, there is the official 5:2 site

If you are uncommitted, or suspect you will be doing an eating window approach I really recommend joining the Facebook Group Delay Don't Deny, which supports most styles of fasting and has members with all sorts of eating styles - including keto. This group basically follows Dr Fung and his approach of keeping insulin down, not CICO.
