Yogurt Question

Where does yogurt fit into the plan? RM or CM? Lately have been eating CarbMaster with 4gr carbs. Could I have with some protein for my CM?

Thanks!

I had to get out my CALP book to check  Yoghurt is listed on the carbohydrate-rich foods list - so for rm only.

Thanks Patricia! Had a feeling. Couldn't find it in my CAD book however.

Carbmaster is such a unique food. I haven't seen it mentioned in any book. I have been able to eat 1 per day without slowing my weight loss efforts. Usually 1/2 is enough.

It has *some* modified corn starch in it - I don't think it is any worse than having granular artificial sweeteners (I think the granular carrier is maltodextrin or dextrose) Certainly never stalled me, and carbs are only 4.

thanks for your contribution, gonwtwindo, but this is not Atkins. This plan is very specific about what is allowed. Yogurt is no t allowed except one meal a day. Please feel free to read about the CAD/CALP plans on this area.

Just our plan.
"Yogurt: regular or lowfat, frozen or creamy"- on the high carb RM only food list under DAIRY in CAD, CALP, CAHHP

Oops, sorry, didn't even notice this was CAD/CALP!
