This is a new thread for UK members to visit to leave messages, notes, arrange a rendezvous, or do anything else involving other UK members, which is not relevant to another existing thread. I had already thought of doing it when Fiona suggested the same thing. (We can't both be wrong!)

In fact I was thinking of a regular weekly LC Chat Get-Together every Saturday at 8pm but we could make it more flexible.

Who can make it to the first LC Chat Gathering this Saturday 22 September 8pm GMT?

I will be there.
Ken and Margaret are going to be tussling for the keyboard. :)

Bez are you interested? We may discuss when the SECOND UK LC Gathering might happen. 8th September was the first one and it went so well I am sure there will be others.

I was wondering if it was possible to make this tread 'Sticky' so that it stays near the top of the list.

I hope a few more UK LC'ers can make Saturdays Chit Chat (U know it makes sense) ;)

Making it regular will help to get more people making that diary entry for the date in Chat.

Hello all Uk members and apologies from me to all of you.

I though this was a 'holding post' for all our introductions and to let us know who on the board was UK based - So apologies once again.

Noo came in on talk last night, she wanted to know what was going on so I alway's try to include her whenever I can - She's with her Dad this weekend so I can chat freely tonight...she was why I went back into the UK members list cos she asked if anyone was from the UK...so she did good!

I'm gonna need help cos I have never been into a chat room before ( I assume that we use the chat icon at the top of the page - Help!).

And,

Have not had any weight loss, am at original weight and need help - I know why and I'll tell you all later but I'll need to start from scratch so all help appreciated.

Hi Bez,

No need to apologise. You haven't done anything wrong. There are no hard and fast rules. This whole thing is "organic", by which I mean it grows as it goes.

Look forward to reading about your "block" tonight. Yes, I also have had difficulty with the "Chat" room, but if you go back up the thread called "UK Gathering", you wll see an explanation from the Webmaster himself on how to use it. This helped me - give it a look!

Did you mean the thread that we posted to each other in or another thread or do I have to wait until tonight to find out when it becomes 'Active'?..can't see it I'm afraid but will keep looking.

The thread that Andy is refering to is called 'UK Get Together'. if you look at page 3 there is a post from Wa'il (Tamarian) explaining how to get into the chat room....

I enjoyed that. It was great that you all came. In order to keep the momentum going how about tomorrow SUNDAY 23 sep at 2p.m.? We can make it 45-60 mins. I'll wait for ten minutes and if no-one turns up then I'll have to hope someone leaves a message for the next chat.
