Was just flicking through the Sun Newspaper and ive come across a small article that states:-

Perhaps we should rise to the challenge and tell them the truth about the diet !!! I know ive only been on it for two weeks, but I cant believe how much better I feel already, and I dont care what they say I have actually been eating healthier than before I started this new WOL !!

Anyway, just a thought !!!

don't forget to tell them how difficult it's been due to Boots refusing to sell us those little deadly sticks. But how wonderful Superdrug are for allowing us to take a 'risk' at poking ourselves somewhere delicate!! :lol:

Yeah and tell them if they want a scarey picture they can have one of me brandishing keto sticks, you could be my hostage lol :lol:
