Crystal Light Mocktail Mixers (Booze Mixers)

I spotted new flavors by Crystal Light: Appletini, Margarita and Mojito.

I saw them on a special display on an endcap. I don't know if you'll find them with the regular Crystal Light or in with the drink mixers.

Here is a review from a blog:

Have you tried them yet?

Very tasty got all three but have only tried the mojito. Light citrus mint flavor-when I add rum I will make the mix stronger and crush some fresh mint.

Haven't seen them on the shelves around here, but now I will look for them. Thanks!

I am still on induction levels.... however I am going to the beach with my 2 sisters at the end of the month and I KNOW there will be drinking! I'll have to look for these to ease the ramifications of my actions for sure!

I think sipping an ice-col Mojito while lazing on the beach is a requirement, even if it's virgin :) Have a great time!

I'll bet they go over big and extend them to a permanent product. I've been using the CL lemonade with fresh lime and a little Fresca and vodka for awhile now. Makes a yummy mock margarita! If anyone finds them please post store and state. I'd love to try 'em!

The mojito one is delicious. I think I'll follow lisabinil and add some fresh mint when I add some rum. I think it's probably sweet enough as is, though.

I had to trek to 3 different stores before I found some in stock. I just hate it when a new product disappears just when I discover that it's a good one.

Oooh! Where have you all found this? I looked today in two of our local grocery stores and neither one carried it -- they are both fairly small chains though. We also have a Fry's (Kroger) and a Super Wal Mart in town that I haven't tried yet. Any tips?

My boyfriend and I came up with a "fauxhito" - Fresca, fresh mint, and rum (or vodka, both were good - I just prefer the taste of rum). Not Crystal lite, but I figured it would be fun to add to a drink mixers thread. :)

The store I found them at was Meijer, which is a regional chain out of Michigan. I found them on an endcap, along with some booze.

I looked on the Crystal Light website but didn't find any information, although there is a little chatter about them on their Facebook wall:

I think there was a $1 coupon in last Sunday's Smartsource insert in the newspaper. I suspect these will be out in full force and highly promoted soon!

Good Luck!

This sounds awesome, especially since I drink so much Fresca, this will make it interesting! Thank you!

Are the mocktails as high in secret carbs as the other crystal light drink mixes? They sound great, but I'd be curious as to how people's bodies handle them.

I've been getting by with gin and diet tonic on a once-in-a-while basis, and I want to try the fresca 'fauxjito' recipe too.

Crystal Light

I saw someone mention secret carbs in Crystal light. Can anyone explain?

While I did end up with a package of Crystal Light Margarita mixer, I have yet to try it since discovering Chi Chi's Skinny Margaritas. OMG they are SO good!! Probably too high of carbs for many here, but I don't count carbs and drinking it has yet to make my weight fluctuate. Anyway, came across this article today and thought I would share...

Haven't seen them anywhere in SoCal.

BTW I have always used CL on LC to no detriment. I just recently lost 19 lbs in 5 weeks while guzzling the stuff.
