1Moore's Exercise Log
I've been wanting to start exercising and today I finally started just like I wrote in my journal this morning! I started by walking 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Slow baby steps is what I keep reading, so that's what I'll start with. My goal is to make it to the gym one day. I've already paid, but I only went for a week so far and that was back in October! :cheer:

I just finished my 1.5 miles on the treadmill. I'm thinking I'll do this 1.5 miles for a week then move up to 2 or 2.5 miles for another week. Right now, I start sweating just around 1.25 miles. I sure hope I'm benefiting from these short walks.

1.75 treadmill miles on Tuesday. No exercise on Wednesday.
