South Beach Babes--Take Two
 
I see that our old South Beach Babes thread is being shut down for excessive length, so I thought we could start a new one for weekly weigh-ins.

If you'd like to be added to the weigh-in list, just copy and paste the latest post's list and re-post it with your name and weight added in!

Hey Kat, thanks for re-starting this, I was just about to ask if someone would.
I am removing myself from the list, only because I am side stepping for a while and doing a different plan (which I needed to do in order to break me out of my long stall) but never fear, once my weight is where I want it to be, I shall return to bug you all again ;)

Good luck with your weigh in's - oh and Katrina, usually if people haven't weighed in for 3 weeks, they've lost interest, so when you do next months ones you can knock them off of the list. I found it helped to keep it all in order and less bitty.

Just wanted to let you folks know that I am back on line. I haven't weighed myself, I'm afraid to . There is no doubt in my mind that I have gained it all back again. Will have more time to post tomorrow. I have so missed you guys.

I am the same and thats why I started a maintenance weighin too.....it works!!! :cool:

I love having the weigh in here too! It's great to have a place to get so much encouragement! My local friends without a weight problem don't get the excitement of seeing 1 lb drop off the scale.

Hi all,

I want to join too. It's been S-L-O-W. I seem to be doing about 2-3 lbs a month now... but I just have to tell myself that will be 24-26 lbs in a year. It's a WOE, it's a WOE...

But, the nice things. It's swimming time now and I am doing at least 500 meters per day - last Sunday I did 750. Maybe the scale isn't moving fast because of increased muscle.
