Has anyone herd of or tried this ?
 
I was wondering if anyone has tried this product campHIBOLIC ? I have seen on freetrainers.com the sight that helps me with my work out plan that this is an awesome supplement. I have giving a link that will explain it. But like always I would like to run it threw you fine people before spending the $$ on it.

Green tea has not made a noticeable difference. I think these articles explain why since if green tea changes the body from burning carbs to burning fat -- I am not eating carbs -- so what can the green tea do? However, green tea has a lot of antioxidant benefits that help with muscle building and fat loss so I would recommend it.

Beware of the EFA called CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). It is suppose to speed up metabolism -- but it slowed mine.

Burning fat and building muscle is fairly easy. I have been doing it for several years now and invested very little time. The recipe has been around for decades.

Diet
You don't eat carbohydrate. You eat a ton of meat and eggs. Eggs are nature's most perfect food since they contain a very high amino acid content. The rawer you can eat meat and eggs the better -- cooking destroys the vitamins, minerals, and amino acids found in foods. Which is why "experts" years ago use to eat raw eggs.

Supplements
Assuming you are taking a "mega" multi-vitamin and EFAs, If you throw in more zinc, magnesium, and amino acids then your body will have the building blocks to build more muscle. Creatine, without carbs, is a good source of amino acids. Or you can just buy amino acids.

If you are over 40 then you might try testosterone boosting substances such as DHEA. Note, I don't think anyone needs to take steroids or anything like that. Take natural things that help your body do the work. There are other testosertone boosting agents such as

Exercise
Do mostly strength training. Avoid a lot of cardio as this tears down muscles. Low intensity cardio is usually not a problem (most cardio equipment now a days has a fat burning range on it -- so if you stay in this range for only like 30 minutes then you should be okay)

I forgot to mention. Don't do the exact same thing everyday. Some people might think this is good -- but after a week or two or four - your body seems to adjust/adapt, get set on "cruise control" and it seems that your goals slow down.

So one meal a week, eat something not on the good list. Once every four weeks, stop taking half your supplements for a week. Our get one set of supplements for odd weeks and another set of supplements for even weeks. Or stop taking one supplement for a week, then add it back and drop another supplement for a week, etc.

some people refer to this as "cycling" -- I can't remember some of the other terms for this practice of changing things up.
