The wrong vit C and D??
 

I watched a video Sally Fallon and she says the vitamin D I have is the wrong vitamin D I have D3 made with soy (unfortunately I avoid soy due to thyroid) and my C is not made with the whole vitamin C. Why is it so hard to get real vitamins??

Most vitamins are your supermarket or drug store shelf are sub par from what I have read online and in books.

I came across this statement one time that helps me when looking to buy vitamins.

NOTE: The “dl” form of any vitamin is synthetic.

I know buy all my vitamins and supplements online and do a lot of research first.
