Im SOOOO Excited

I started the aktins diet yesterday and this morning I measured my weghst(sp*) and I have already lost one inch.I think it is probally water loss but im not sure.If I can Reach my goal by aug. 1 I am going to get a prize for myself wich will probaly be a PS2.Post and tell me what you think.

i guess thats a good thing :) i'm trying to loose weight and get in shape for field hockey so i just gotta keep trying!! :p

Yep, it was water weight, but its something. Since you have lost that, every other pound will be the most exciting thing in your life. Keep up the good work.
