USDA latest version, SR14 is released
 

USDA has now realesed the latest database for version SR14 just a few days ago. It now feeds their website search:

We have incorporated these changes into our database, a hybrid of SR14 and SR13 (to keep some deleted 200 items). The new changes in summary are the removal of some manufactured and fast food items (we kept those in our databse) and new nutrient info, particularly Amino Acids. The have added classification of sugars, but this is for a limited number of items (Check our databse for CHEF BOY products to see example of sugar items). It's easy to find Amino Acids since they are provided for most of the database entry. Also Caffine and alcohol, Vitamin D, and more goodeis.
