Creamsicle Jello
 

This was a really nice treat.

8 serving pkg of sugar-free orange jello*
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup heavy cream

Make the jello according to pkg directions except substitue cream for 1/2 cup of the cold water. When its time to add the cold water, put the water in first and stir it well, then add the cream. Stir it well. It will look a little bit curdled from the acid in the jello, but it doesn't affect the flavor. When the jello sets there is a nice layer of orange cream on top. It's very tasty.

*You can probably use the small pkg, too, but reduce the cream to 1/4 cup.
