EPA/DHA Fish Oil Supplements
 

Is anyone taking Fish oil supplements to get extra EPA/DHA? I've just started taking salmon oil geltabs. Rexall brand from Walmart.

Just trying to get an idea on what brands are decent products. (Pick your brains so I don't have to exercise mine)

I've read alot of claims on the benefits of eating cold water fish but cold water fish isn't readily available where I live so I am trying the supplements. Maybe I'll try to spring for one or two fish-y meals a week.

And is it important to take Vit E at the same time? Why?

Just wanted to know what your experiences have been with this type of supplement. Thanks
