Acid fruits help aid digestiion of yogurt/milk, yes or no?

In general, food combining does not endorse fresh fruits mixed with dairy like milk/yogurt for proper digestion. As can be read when doing a search on the internet.

However I read 'fit for life' and Hay-diet. The diamonds said at least pineapple has enzymes that could help digestion of proteins as fc rule exception, as well as bananas and mango could aid in helping digest carbs.

Trying to be a proper food combiner, knowing there are exceptions and differences between methods, my question is which is it. Do or don't ?

Btw. I also have another thread overhere about dark chocolate, is it neutral carb or protein. Thank you for support.
