LCing and temps
 

Usually I do a weekly carbup day to help with weightloss. I was hoping not to have to do this but my temp keeps falling and I'm not sure what to think. This is my 12th day of carbs between 22-35. I have a lot of bounce - probably adrenals but my am temps are:

96.4, 97.2, 96.9, 96.9, before this my temps with the carb ups seemed to average 97.5 and 97.7 after a carb up day.

Any ideas? The drs associated with my insurance group have resigned from treating my thyroid. Sending me to an endo, but haven't heard that I've been approved yet.
