Faux Mashed Potato Recipe
 

Dear Karen,

I cannot thank you enough for sharing your recipes. Last night for dinner I served my husband the slow roasted herb and spice cured pork shoulder, the faux mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans with red pepper flakes. He was in heaven. He is not a low-carber so he had some bread with the meal.

I absolutely loved the faux mashed potatoes.

I can't wait to try your other recipes.
