Food allergy testing ???
 

Can anyone here suggest a good place online to do food allergy testing ? And which specific tests should I have done for starters ?And is the blood test or the stool test more accurate ?
Anything else I should be aware of before being tested for food allergies , or intolerances ? And is there a forum just for people with wheat /gluten intolerances or dairy or whatever ?

Enterolab.com is tops for checking for gluten intolerances. They have some other food intolerances tests too. The ELISA test has been criticized, but some people really like it. I can't point you to sources, but google might turn up some for you.
