25 lbs in 1 Month!
 

Exactly 1 month in today and I've lost 25 lbs AND my BG numbers are down significantly even though I've stopped taking Metformin altogether!

Congratulations, Stew! That's so great to hear!

I wish we could get the message out to everyone struggling with diabetes and insulin resistance. My fasting glucose was in the pre-diabetic range when I started this WOE and now it's normal. Yay!

Awesome stuff, Stew. I think the most I ever lost in a single month was like 12? Sounds to me like you're doing it right. Well done!

I'm also likely getting to that 25 lb number. Was 219 on 6th sept, and was 198 on Oct 1.
I have not tried the A1C or fasting sugar yet, but my blood pressure dropped into the normal range, since my first check measuring it in 1988 or there abouts.

I believe I was 198lbs in 1996 sometime, and a 36" waist. Sadly I'm not ~ 36 yet.
