Persistent sinus infection

I have a network of nasal polyps that tend to present the environment that encourages candida or other fungal-type infections...and I'm trying to beat this naturally (no prescriptions or surgery...been there, done that, problem worse than before). I've tried many...MANY things... and am looking for ideas I haven't used yet. Before anyone mentions diet...I am on the one recommended by my NP and nutritionist. I already take a number of natural supplements. Any new ideas??? Thanks..

Recurring sinus infections can be a symptom of hypothyroid.

Also, use nasal flushes with salty water. Helps a lot.

Is your diet an anti-Candida diet? Zoe Harcombe summarized the three major ones, besides a low carb diet eliminating all refined carbs, the other foods to avoid are mushrooms, vinegar, yeast, soy sauce, msg, cheese, etc., etc.

250,000 IU vitamin D3/day for 5 days. Amazon has Biotech 50,000 IU D3.

That protocol is called a stoss dose of vitamin D and is used for acute situations such as influenzas and respiratory problems.

It worked for my SIL sinus infection. It works for TB, and it's worked in some cases of H1N1. I don't know if it would work for a situation with polyps involved.
