Non-scale goals?
Do you have any? Although weight loss is my number one motivator right now, I think it would be wise think of some other goals. Share yours please.

My non-scale goals are - not to proceed into Type 2 diabetes (I am pre-diabetic), not have to get double knee replacement, make it to my 50th wedding anniversary - have 32 years to go :)

patriciakr, those are great goals. I have a really long way to go before i get to 50 years, but I'd like to healthy for the journey.
