Another one bites the dust!
 

I've had this song dancing in my head today. I finally got got to my mini-goal of 155 pounds - it took me 6 1/2 months to lose 5 pounds!

About a year ago I bought some skirts at thrift shops that I thought would look nice once I lost enough weight to fit into them. I tried them on about 2 months ago - no go. I felt so discouraged.

But today! I tried them on and 2 of them FIT!!!!! The third was TOO BIG. I pulled it up and it promptly fell down. I'm sorry I never got a chance to wear it, but I'd rather have the fat gone. :D

So happy for you Bonnie, you are doing great! You have worked so hard at this, you so deserve to be rewarded. Enjoy those skirts!

Happy Dance for Bonnie!!

I wore one of the skirts today with a blouse my daughter bought me back in December. They go together so well it's going to be my mother-of-the-bride outfit next month. Tho considering this is the 3rd (or 4th?) date she's set, it may be my hanging-out-with-my-daughter outfit. :D

I'm assuming since you bought it at a thrift shop, it wouldn't cost too much... so hey! donate it back to them. congrats on the achievement!
