Chocolate Shake Mousse
 

DH bought me Atkins Chocolate shake mix powder and when I was making my drinks I somehow turned it into a mousse instead. It was great on LC cheesecake with whipping cream on top.

How to make:

2 cups of very cold water
5 scoops of Shake mix

Blend together in the blender till mixed very well.

Pour into a cup and cover with plastic glad wrap, or whatever brand you use and put in frig for 2-4 hours.

(scoop mousse on top of LC cheescake and top with whipping cream) YUMMY!

To make the shake it calls for 1 cup of water with 2 scoops of powder but by adding an extra scoop my shake turned into mousse instead.

Thought I would share my accidental finding since it was so good on LC cheesecake.
