Exercise bike for HIIT?

I'm looking to add a HIIT workout once or twice a week. Anyone have a bike they like? I'm looking for one that has magnetic resistance and lots of it, can easily adjust the resistance on the fly, solid enough to stand up to hard sprints. Prefer a recumbent. Reasonably accurate pulse monitor is a must but I don't need one with a lot of fancy programs.

I love my SpiritXBR25. A little pricey but close to commercial quality plus great Polartec heart rate strap perfect for the HIIT!
