Ok Becki COUNT ME IN LOL!!!! I am glad you did this because I was starting a New Years to Valentines Day Challenge however I am not sure I can keep up with it like you can :D. Lets see what my goals are gonna be. First to lose 2.5 lbs week so..... goal weight starting now is 292.5 I also want to do exercise goal of 5 days a week, water goal of 1 gallon of water per day 5 days a week. Thank you again.

Count me in.....January......my goal is to exercise 3 times per week.....cardio & resistance training. If I get more than 3 days in, great, but don't want to commit to more as I know I will feel like crap if I don't live up to my committment. So here's to a new beginning in January. |

I guess for January I want to lose 10 pounds. Exercise class 3x week and drink 64 oz of water. Have a great day!! |

My goals for January are:
Increase water and green tea every day. Exercise 5x per week. Develop an awareness of what I eat. No more mindless munching--just 3 meals and 2 snacks. Start weight: 175 Jan. goal: 169 Uggh! I hate to think it will take a whole month to lose what I gained since Thanksgiving! |

Alrighty. My official starting weight is: 152.
I wish to be down to 145 by the end of January. My exercise goals are as follows: Exercise Bike: 3x a week. Skiing (if weather permits): 1x a week Pilates/TaeBo: 2x a week. I want to start off slow and work my way up. It's the only way I will ever stick with it. I am also still semi-doing the "High Fat Honey" challenge, so I hope that will jump start my weight loss as well. |

I would like to join :wave: Ok let's see, I'm joining too many challenges and it's becoming confusing :lol: I'm now 172, and looking forward to becoming 165 by the end of Jannuary.. Do you think that's achievable? or perhaps I should adjust to a better goal? |
