Induction phase. Too little carbs?

So after a 7 year break :(. I am attempting this way of life again. This is day one. And I slightly remember from history that I could get too little carbs during these two weeks. But what is too little? I am at 14.6 for the day and I am done. Should I find another higher carb veggie before bed? Or maybe just call it good. I am not hungry so at this point in the day it would only be for nutritional value.

dont eat again tonight.

Tomorrow get the 20 carbs over 3 meals. It is more important to keep your meals in a limited time frame, well, I find it easeir to transition by limiting my eating to an 8 hour window.

I vary, might be 10 one day and 25 the next. Sometimes when I enter a stall phase I purposely have around 40 and then back to under 20 and it works wonders for me.
