Sorry BCG, no advice from me....just ALOT of pity. Up until about 2 months ago i worked alot in hong kong. Given the amount of noodles and rice, and the groxxly inflated prices of meat and cheese i really dont know how i could manage an LC diet there. Would be alot more hard work and damn expensive.

Good Luck

Where can I find LC products in HK?

Hi, I recently started LC-ing in HK and am having trouble finding any LC products here. I live Central/Western district. Is there any store that sells Atkin products for example? Or lowcarb bars?

I see the Foreign Buyers' Club (www.fbchk.com) ships products to Hong Kong, but require bulk orders (like, 12 bags of flour, for example).

Anyone in HK interested to split orders?

Sorry BCG, to answer your question, chinese roast item shops sell cooked/roasted meat such as BBQ pork, steamed chicken, roast pig, roast duck, etc... can be fairly cheap.

These shops are everywhere in HK. It's hard to walk down a street here without passing at least one shop with meat hanging in the window.

Watch out for too much BBQ pork (very sweet!), and the roast pork is great if you like fat.
