Yum! I wonder if this would work with chard? I froze some a while ago in a similar fashion that spinach is frozen. What do you guys think?

I will be adding this to my arsonal....I used less cheese and its still way cheesy! I honestly dont know what is better....my halibut or the spinach....ha ha kidding the halibut is rockin...but the spinach comes in a close second. Ok just finished and left 1/3 on my plate....way (almost too) rich and VERY filling. still good...next time will decrease all (except the garlic) and eyeball it. |
That's a little over a quarter cup of cheese per person. I wonder how much it can be reduced. I have a problem with cheddar cheese but apparently not cream cheese. I wonder about cutting the cream cheese in half and just a couple tablespoons of cheddar?
