Low carb in Florida
 

Hello,

I'm travelling to Florida (Miami (Beach), Key West, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Jacksonville,..). I would like to eat mostly low carb in there. Is there low carb choices in restaurants? Or maybe low carb stores or something?

I live in Fort Myers and I don't know of any "low-carb" restaurants, but I eat out several times a week and simply don't eat the bread, pasta, potatoes, etc. I take it with me and feed it to the birds - they need the carbs!
