Welcome.

My suggestion is to start a journal, likely a sticky to help you navigat the process. You will need a cool title or a simple title..... one you can live with for 2000 posts.

Sections for finding recipes.

Sections for games and challenges. You might try one to break the ice and meet a few folks there.

Areas to dive in to read for m ore information as well

You can see all the topics and some logical arrangement to sub-topics. A yellow light or new post means that something new has been added, it is an active place to visit.

You might want to start at the Newbie Questions, "stickies" are on top.
The Atkins and General Low Carb are usually a good place to post your questions. If you have health conditions, check that topic.
