Whats the best lc if Pregnant? SBD??
 

Does anyone know what the best lc when you are pregnant. The safest and healthiest. I am interested in CAD because of the reward meal which would hopefully make me less likely to cheat. But idunno.

I would say CAD or the Insulin Resistence Diet (IR)

Why?? Is there any reason in particular?

I like Atkins maint phase. I fall a little more into sbd just because I don't eat meat but if I ate meat I would say Atkins all the way. I don't really know about the other plans but I know that if you actually follow maint (not the way you see some people doing it where they stay at 30 carbs) like it's supposed to be followed than it's very healthy for both mom and baby. I am able to hit 100% of all my daily vitamins by food alone while staying within the maint phase of Atkins.
