Where are you, Maintainers???

This maintenance forum doesn't get much traffic- but if anyone is out there it would be nice to connect!!! Feel free to visit my journal if you don't want to post to a thread- I'd appreciate the company!!

 Hiya Debbie!

I'm a recently new maintainer compared to some others here who have maintained for a decade or more! But it is what it is and I REFUSE to REGAIN! :agree:

Wishing you continued success on your journey as a member of TEAM 5%! :cheer:

Maintainer here

Maintainer here, but I rarely check this thread since it is mostly people listing their weights, rather than maintenance strategies that they can actually control.

Hi everyone! I got this thread started then forgot to check back!!! I'd love to hear people's maintenance strategies. I think it's much easier to lose weight than it is to keep the weight off!

I'm here...health concerns have dominated my time.....Im at 137...had to gain 5 lbs....for health reasons.....my health problems have NOTHING to do with L/C....those scores are incredible....my doctor says my level of health by my lifestyle both exercise and diet....are my greatest strength

hi-
next week is my 13th Planniversary.

I am so thankful that I found this WOL. The more I learn about LC (and LCHF and everything else)- the more I want to stay on plan. I am healthy and strong and beautiful- and that's because I do CALP. So I want to mark this anniversary by expressing my thanks and making my public commitment to continue my journey, continue learning, and to continue to stay on plan. I will also continue to read and post here- thanks for being here. Together we CAN maintain- we can do this.
thanks-
E
