Hi everyone!

I'm new here but I've been on LC for about 3 weeks now. LC diet is not that prevalent in Singapore, where rice is the staple food. But I'm clinging on and will need all the support I can get. Great to have found this website!

Welcome to the forum. Glad you found us. This is the best place to come to for support, tips, info and more... just keep posting! ;) Here in Japan rice is a pretty staple food, but I'm not having much trouble staying on... just look around you will find something...

It's good to know that there are people out there facing the same situation. I've just been back from Korea and managed to stay on the LC diet even though I love Korean rice!

I must say it's not quite a diet but a life style.
