In which Aeryn learns to sweat voluntarily...
I've been working out since June 7th, and have been keeping track of my progress in a small notebook I tote around the gym. It's kind of fun. I'm not going to backpost all my entries, but here's the first entry I ever made:
free weights Dumbell triceps extension - 5lb x 15, 15, 15 Shoulder press - 10lb x 8; 5lb x 15, 15 Chest press - 5lb x 15, 15, 20 Hammer curl - 10lb x 20, 20, 12 machine Calf raises - 20lb x 15, 15, 15 hyperextension - 0lb x 15, 15, 15 +20 minutes on elliptical ...and here's this Wednesday's: leg press - 175lb x 12, 12, 15 leg curl - 80lb x 15, 15, 10 lat pulldown - 52.5lb x 15, 15, 15 calf raises - 55lb x 15, 15, 15 + 20 min elliptical ...and here's today's! machine leg press - 175lb x 15, 12, 15 pectoral fly - 35lb x 12, 15, 15 pullover - 35lb x 15, 45lb x 15, 15 calf raises - 55lb x 15, 15, 15 arm curl - 30lb x 15, 15, 8 (?!?) free weights Dumbell triceps extension - 10lb x 15, 15, 15 + 20 minutes on elliptical *** I plan to incorporate squats into my routine starting at the end of August. Man, those slay me! |
