Dr Chatterjee recently made this video, and it's almost exactly what I've been doing for the last month or so. :thup:
It's perfect for someone like me who hates exercise. I know myself well enough now: if I have to go to a gym or even change clothes, it ain't happening. A few minutes while I'm in the kitchen anyway? Doable. :thup: |
